Alterations, Returns and Refund Policy

We make the utmost effort to satisfy all our customers and guarantee through free alterations. In order to make this a smooth and hassle-free process, we have defined the policy and procedures for all customers. We look forward to serving you and getting you a great variety of female garments.


We offer free alterations on every order. The request for an alteration needs to be logged in within 14 days of delivery of the product. In case, you want to avail the services of alteration, you will have to courier the garments to our main office address, i.e., P 19/1 CIT Road Scheme VII M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata – 700 054.

Our free alterations are completed within 7-10 days from the date of your request to delivery. You can request an alteration by writing us on or WhatsApp/ call us on +91 9830 426 326.

An alteration request is considered to be valid only on receipt of all the required information requested by our customer care representative (including images requested to assess the alteration required). If any of the information is not received within the timelines specified, the Company has the right to reject the alteration request.

We offer to alter the product a maximum of 2 times to get the fit right for you. If you are not happy with the fit after the first alteration, we will offer a second alteration for free. This request needs to be raised within 14 days of receipt of the first alteration.

Do you ship outside/or anywhere in India?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders within India, we offer free shipping. In case of international order, we levy Rs.3,500/- as shipping charges.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

You should expect to receive your order between 8-12 days from the day the order is placed. As our products are made to order with strong attention to detail, we take slightly longer to deliver your order, finished to perfection.

Are there any duties and taxes?

We are GST composite scheme as of now, so no taxes will be levied by you, but whenever we change the rate of taxation to GST regular scheme, we will get it updated from you.

How do I know my order has been placed?

Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email/telephone.
